When work is blehh these tips would help you renergize yourself.

Is it just me? There are several occasions I wake up gingered and ready to slay at work and before 12 pm I'm totally disinterested and unmotivated with work. Everything just seems somehow and the last thing I want to do is look at my computer screen. Chai, the struggle.

I have felt it a number of times and that's why I am doing this blog post. I know I'm not alone. These tips will help you fix yourself and get super energized so you don't waste the rest of the day and so you get the important things done.

Go outside

This tip is especially important for those people who either work from home or are stuck in their offices. Taking a walk is a power tip. I can't explain the joy I feel when I decide to walk around my estate since I work from home. Just seeing other human beings and life outside is a good way to make you feel alive. You'd probably come back to your work station feeling energized. If you were feeling sleepy your eyes would have opened and you'd be able to get some work done.

Drink water

I didn't say drink anything you see (soda or canned drinks) oo. Drink water. Water is a great way to hydrate the body. Too much of carbonated sugar is not good. If you don't like water, I'd advise that you put some lemon or cucumber into the water (Don't worry I have tried it and it's not that bad). Studies suggest that sugary energy drinks can leave us crashing as soon as one hour later and we really do not want that.

If you are getting a bit tired during the day it's probably because you are hungry and you body needs fuel (a.k.a. food) to function properly. A hungry man is an angry man. Find something healthy to eat or snack on depending on what your body needs and watch how joy just returns to you. Studies have shown that regular, healthy meals and snacks can improve cognitive function. So why not?
There are other ways to re-energize yourself during work hours, so what ways have you tried apart from these? Tell moi in the comment section.
N.B : Please do not forget to share this post with your friends who are probably getting tired at work right now, they'd love you for it. 😉
Much Love
